CONSTITUTION:With respect to cores 1, 2 and 3, the stabilizing windings 4, 5 and 6 are provided at an innermost part, low voltage windings 7, 8, and 9 are provided in the middle, and high voltage windings are provided at an outermost part. The high voltage windings 10, 11, 12 are Y-connected with respect to wire terminal U, V, and W and a neutral point 14. The low voltage windings 7, 8, and 9 are Y-connected with respect to wire terminals u, v, and w and a neutral point 13. The stabilizing winding 4, 5, and 6 are DELTA-connected by winding terminals (a), (b), and (c), and one terminal of each winding is grounded. Since the top terminal (a) of the stabilizing winding 6 which is wound around the third core 3 is grounded, the winding direction is reversed. One terminal (b) of the stabilizing winding 5 which has no direct ground terminal is indirectly grounded via the surge absorbing capacitor 15.
