Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain touch sensor apparatus to transmit detect signal by means of electric magnetic combination of coil by dispersedly installing a pair of coils composed of transformer on touch sensor probe and machine tool body.
CONSTITUTION: Position detecting signal from the usually opened touch switch 21 to be closed by touch of a touching sphere 11 arranged at the tip of contact element 12 is given to the receiving circuit through the first transformer T1 composed of transmitting circuit 20Wcoil 15B. The position detecting signal received by a receiving circuit 40 is input in numeric control circuit 60 for the apparatus itself. Thus detecting signal obtained by the touch sensor probe is enabled to be transmitted wirelessly because a pair of coils are installed so as to confront both the touch sensor probe fixed on the main shaft and the side of the machine body arranged on the main shaft.
