Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate a high-precision inspection, by not only improving the resolution in the standard TV system but also a djusting properly an angle between the welding direction of a welding part and the horizontal scanning by providing a means, which limits the scanning region of a TV camera, and a rotating mechanism which rotates the scanning face. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray TV flurorscopic device 11 consists of an X-ray generating device 12, an X-ray image intensifier 15, a lens 16, a TV camera 17, a camera control unit 18, a video monitor 19, and a rotating mechanism 21. A steel pipe 13 is supported on a steel pipe carrying line, and a boom 14 is inserted into the cylinder of the steel pipe 13, and the device 12 is fitted to the tip of the boom 14, and X rays irradiated to a welding part are generated. A vertical scanning control part which limits the scanning region of the camera due to the unit 18 and the scanning of the monitor 19 is provided to limit the scanning region of the camera 17. When the welding part is outside the limited scanning region of the camera, the mechanism 21 is driven to adjust the angle between the welding direction of the welding part and the horizontal scanning of the camera 17 into a prescribed range.
