Abstract

PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce a change in output signal by vibration or the like by permitting the movement of a beam detector along the pipe wall of a vacuum sealing tube. CONSTITUTION:A connecting device 11 is welded to a movable sealing device 12 composing of a detector 8 and a metal-mold bellows. With a screwing adjuster 13 rotated, the detector moves right and left. Fixing of the detector 8 and the vacuum sealing tube 1 is completed by devices 14, 15. The device 15 is welded to the vacuum sealing tube 1 by the movable sealing device 12 for hermetically sealed structure. The devices 14, 15 are connected by screws and after positioning the detector 8, the detector 8 is firmly fixed by turning the screw in the device 14. In this composition, even if distortion is formed on a supporting device and the beam orbit deviates by heating for gas evacuation, the detector can be moved to the maximum point of a signal by adjusting the position of the detector from the outside of the tube while maintaining vacuum state.
