The first and second contactors 7, 11 are opened, and the first and second impedance elements 6, 10 are inserted. The supply contactor 9 of another power supply 8 system is closed, and the power supply is switched. In this case, there is slight shock when the supply contactor 9 is closed because the first and second impedance elements 6, 10 are inserted to the motor 3. After a fixed time passes, the first and second contactors 7, 11 are closed, and the power supply is swithced completely.
