Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize the correction of jitters by installing the 1st correction means to control the degree of delay according to the jitter included in an input signal and the 2nd corretion means to control the degree of delay according to the jitter included in the output of variable delay means. CONSTITUTION:The output of the 1st variable delay element 5 is sent to the 2nd variable delay element 9. The output of the 2nd variable delay element 9 is sent both an output terminal 10 and the 2nd jitter detector 6. The output of a standard subcarrier signal oscillator 7 is sent to the 2nd jitter detector 6. The output of the 2nd jitter detector is transmitted to the 2nd voltage control oscillator 8. A clock pulse outputted from the 2nd voltage control oscillator 8 is sent to the 2nd variable delay element 9. Thus, the degree of delay of the 2nd variable delay element 9 is controlled by the clock pulse generated from the 2nd voltage control oscillator 8, preventing the jitter included in the video signal outputted from the 1st variable delay element 5.
