Abstract
PURPOSE:To compensate the high band component of the jitter, by detecting the high band error signal on the basis of the output of an oxcillator synchronizing with an input signal and then mixing this signal with a phase error signal that controls the transfer time of a CCD. CONSTITUTION:The input signal containing the jitter and supplied from a video signal input terminal 13 is applied to a CCD14, a horizontal synchronous separating circuit 15 and a burst signal separator 16 respectively. The synchronizing signal containing no jitter and supplied from a reference synchronizing signal input terminal 17 is applied to a phase comparator 18 along with the separated synchronizing signal to obtain a phase error signal. On the other hand, the separated burst signal is led to a flywheel circuit (PLL circuit) 22 consisting of a phase comparator 20, a low pass filter 23 and a voltage control oscillator 24. Thus the high frequency component of the jitter is delivered as a high band phase error signal. These both phase error signals are mixed and supplied to a voltage control oscillator 21 to control the frequency of the transfer clock signal of the CCD14.
