Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize flames ejected from a chipping burner, by forming through holes in two parts of a mount holder opposing to each other, and providing an air passage in a combustion space formed between the supporting surface of the holder and the flare portion of a stem. CONSTITUTION:Through holes 15, 16 are drilled in two parts opposing to each other on the tip side peripheral surface of a mount holder 5 supporting a stem 104, and an air passage 17 is provided in a combustion space 19 formed by the supporting surface 7 of the holder 5 and the flare portion 103 of the stem 104. Then, the outside air flowing in through the hole 16 flows into the combustion space 19 through the passage 17, and is exhausted above the holer 5 through the hole 15. Accordingly, since the outside air acting as secondary air for combustion flows in the space 19 filled with combustion gas ejected from a chipping burner 10, perfect combustion can be secured. Thereby, flames ejected from the burner 10 can be stabilized, and an exhaust pipe 102 can be cut and sealed certainly.
