The cloth 28 consists of a base cloth 29 and a fur body 30 planted in it like velveteen, and also the fur body 30 uses carbon dispersed artificial fiber. The resistance of this base cloth 29 is arranged to be lower than that of the fur body 30, the base cloth 29 itself is formed as an electrode 31, and charging of a light sensitive body is carried out by applying an electric field to this base cloth 29. As charging of the sensitive body is performed through the fur body 30 and a soft contactor, its durability is improved, and manufacturing of the contactor is simple and resulting in cost-down.
