CONSTITUTION:Photoconductive powder such as CdS powder is kneaded with silicone modified polyol resin having OH gruops such as silicone-polyol, silicone- alkyd, silicone-acrylic, silicone-polyester or silicone-epoxy resin and blocked isocyanate prepared by masking isocyanate prepolymer with aromatic secondary amine, tertiary alcohol, amide, lactam, phenol, oxyl or the like, and the kneaded material is applied to an Al plate and dried by heating to form a photoconductive layer. A film made of ''Mylar '' is adhered to the photoconductive layer to manufacture an electrophotographic receptor.
