Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve maneuverability of a hydraulic motor drive unit for a hydraulic cylinder, or the like used for a dump truck tipper body by allowing a single operation lever to interlock shifter operation of a power supply unit and control operation of a switching valve to a hydraulic pressure control unit.
CONSTITUTION: A drive gear 6, which meshes constantly with a gear 7 of a transmission 3, and a power (supply) shaft 9 are rotatably supported by a power supply unit 1 on an auxiliary shaft 4 and at the middle of a casing 2 respectively. A slide gear 11 with its mating spline 10 is mounted slidably on the power shaft 9. This sliding gear 11 is slid by a shifter 13, fixed to a shifter rod 15, via cylindrical section 12, which forms a monolithic part of the sliding gear 11. One end of the shifter rod 15 is linked, with a link pin 23, to a guide groove 28 of a control arm 27, the middle of which is braced 26 at the tip of a bracket 24. And the control arm 27 is linked to an operation lever 33 and to a spool of a hydraulic pressure valve 35 via rods 31 and 32 respectively.
