PURPOSE:To enable measurement of the flow rate of solid particles by a simple constitution by conducting operational processing on the basis of the velocity of air flow on the upstream side of a solid-particle supplying point and on a pressure loss caused by a mixed gas on the downstream side thereof. CONSTITUTION:The solid particles are arranged to be supplied from a solid- particle hopper 1 to a point P on a conveying line 5 and a gas flow meter 6 measuring the velocity Ua of air flow on the conveying line 5 is provided on the upstream side of the supplying point P.
