CONSTITUTION: A throttle opener 1 is separated into the atmospheric air side and a negative pressure chamber 10 by means of a diaphragm 8, and a shaft 9 is moved in response to the diaphragm 8. Control negative pressure from a deceleration detecting valve 2, and negative pressure chamber 10. Besides, a solenoid valve 12 is installed on the path 11 to join the deceleration detecting valve 2 to an air inlet tube 5 in order to control negative pressure feeding into the air inlet tube 5. And, signal from a revolution number sensor 14, a throttle switch 15 and a compressor switch 4 are given as input to a control circuit 13 which changes the proportion of on-time of the solenoid valves 3, 12.
