Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of rust and seal a gap by forming a closed profile, of a flap door by curving the lower part of a main board, erecting a fringe part of the main board so that it may overlap an outside upper surface of a floor board of a packing case, and further fitting its lower end and the outside end of the floor board with a hinge so that a flap door may be formed. CONSTITUTION:A lower part of a main board 2 of a side flap door 1 is curved so as to form a closed profile 3, and a fringe part 4 of the board 2 is erected inward then the bottom of an outside end of the floor board 5 and the lower end of the flap door 1 are fitted together with a hinge 6 on about the same plane in such a way as an outside upper surface of the floor board 5 of a packing case overlaps the fringe part 4. An example shows that there is step between the vertical plane of the main board 2 and the vertical folded surface leading to the lower part of the fringe part 4, however, it is allowed to arrange the both units on the same plane.
