Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent magnetic characteristic without decreasing a precipitation speed of Co (alloy), by specifying a gaseous pressure ratio of one of gaseous Ar, N2, Xe and Kr, and He, and the precipitation speed, when Co (alloy) is vacuum vapor-deposited on the base body.
