Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the entire dimensions while keeping a sufficient piston stroke and to allow an off-centered main rotary shaft incorporated into a piston, to be driven externally through a crank pin.
CONSTITUTION: When a piston 6 is put in linear motion by a crank pin 5 via a rotor 10 concurring with the revolution of a main shaft 2, a rotor 10 turns reverse to the rotary direction of the main shaft 2 centering the crank pin 5 since the moving direction of the piston 6 is restricted by a cylinder 1. Shifting amount of the piston 6 is a total shifting amount of the crank pin 5 and the rotor 10, which swings centering the crank pin 5. Further, when the main shaft 2 revolves, an outer gear 21 on the crank pin 5 moves meshing with an inner gear 20 in a main body 9. Therefore the piston 6 is put in motion compulsorily, and the revolution of the rotor 10 is restricted in one direction.
