Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When an eccentric cam 3 fixedly deposed around an output shaft 25 of a driving motor 2 is turned by the motor 2, a circular gear 8 held around the eccentric cam 3 with bearings 7a, 7b secured between the gear and the cam is simultaneously meshed with stationary and turning internal gears 13, 14 to follow an intermeshing pitch circle. A turning cylinder 26, a decelerator case, formed around the turning internal gear 14 is turned by a difference between teeth of both internal gears 13, 14.
