Abstract

C, Si, Mn, P, sol.Al then cold rolling the same and subjecting the same to recrystallization annealing followed by galvanizing and alloying treatment.
CONSTITUTION: The steel of the composition contg. 0.002W0.12%C, ≤0.6% Si, 0.6W 1.6% Mn, ≤0.14% P, and ≤0.3% solAl wt%, satisfying ≤0.20%(C%+P%), and if necessary, contg. ≥1 kinds of 0.04W0.80% Cr, 0.0005W0.0030% B, and 0.02W0.40% V, and consisting of the balance Fe and unavoidable impurities is subjected to the following treatment: After it is hot-rolled under the conditions of 700W950 fininsh temps., and 200W620°C coiling temps., it is cold-rolled under the conditions of ≥40% draft.
