Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy in weighing by setting a change-over valve in the neutral position by use of a hopper upper limit signal and measuring the full weight in static state, in a fixed-amount feeding apparatus which measures the instantaneous flow-rate and the integral flow-rate.
CONSTITUTION: The hopper weight is measured at a constant time interval by a load cell 11 and input into a microprocessor 20 through amplifiers A1 and A2, and the instantaneous flow-rate and the integral flow-rate are displayed on displaying device 21 and 22 after calculation of the difference from the preceding memory and integration. When the amount in A hopper increases and reaches the upper limit, a CPU20 operats an actuator 1 through a control circuit 23, and feeding-in is stopped, by setting a change-over valve 2 staying on the A side in the neutral position, and the correct full-weight in the static state is read. Then, discharge from A hopper is started, and operation of B hopper is stopped, and the empty weight is read. The sum of the difference between the full and the empty weights in each hopper implies the net integral flow-rate.
