PURPOSE:To avoid the effect of noise from a large signal section, by multiplexing audio signals of left and right and subjecting to the frequency modulation, and connecting a small signal section which amplitude-modulates a video signal and the large signal sect in which power-amplifies the small signal via a photoelectric conversion means. CONSTITUTION:To an E/O converter 31 in which an electric signal is conveted into light, output signals from a video modulator 11 and an audio modulator 17 are applied and the both signals are converted into lights in different wave lengths respectively. This light is optically synthesized and transmitted to an O/E converter 33 with an optical fiber 32 This converter 33 branches the transmitted light and converts it into an electric signal every wave length. kThis converted output signal is applied to mixers 12, 18 respectively.
