Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the flux collecting characteristic, by suppressing the production of other modes due to floating capacitance and leakage electric field, by using at least one of inner conductor or outer conductor as a plurality of segmented conductors which are mutually insulated. CONSTITUTION:An inner conductor 1 is formed by winding two metallic tapes 51, 52 in parallel location so that they are electrically insulated around the external circumference of a core 4 in spiral and so that a gap 11 can be provided each turn, and power is applied in a lump from an end 13 to the metallic tapes 51, 52. An insulator 2 is provided around the external circumference of the inner conductor 1 and an external conductor 3 is formed by using 4 metallic tapes 81-84 longitudinally so that 4 continuous openings 121-124 can be provided lengthwise on the external circumference of the insulator 2. By forming the external conductor 3 with a plurality of segmented metallic tapes, the width toward the circumference of each opening can be narrowed and the electric field toward the outside is lessened.
