Abstract
PURPOSE:To attempt to unify the potential distribution in winding and to simplify the winding work of a transformer whose winding is formed by winding a foil wire and wedges are put between the winding to form cooling ducts by a method wherein an auxiliary conductor of one round length is piled on the outer and inner circumference of the inside and outside foil winding of cooling ducts. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary conductor 4 is piled over about half round adhering closely on the outer circumference of foil winding 1 at the inside of cooling ducts 3 and comes in contact with wedges 2 which form the cooling ducts 3. The outest wire of winding 1 is led out to the outside of wedges 2 through the duct 3 at the point where the conductor 4 turned half round, and is wound on the outside of wedges 2. The remained half round length of conductor 4 is wound on the inside of wedges and is led out to the outside of wedges 2 through the duct 3 at the point where the conductor 4 itself turned one round, and is wound on the outside of wedges 2. At the outside of wedges 2, the conductor 4 is wound over half round coming in contact with the wedges 2, and the remained half round length is wound being put closely between the winding 1 led out to the outside of wedges 2. The conductor 4 is an insulated conductor, and is wound over one round respectively at the inside and outside of ducts 3 to obtain a good electrostatic coupling.
