Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the tight binding force of the bind core by a method wherein irradiation curing resin is impregnated to a glass roping or yarn or the like, the roping of the yarn or the like is wound around a laminated core while compressing the laminated core in the laminating direction, while radiation, etc. are irradiated and the resin is cured. CONSTITUTION:Glass reinforced epoxy resin molded round bars 3 are inserted into the stepped sections 2 of the core 1. Tapes are wound on the whole in multilayer shapes, and an underlay 5 is shaped. The glass yarn 4 obtained by impregnating irradiation curing resin to the glass yarn is wound on the underlay 5 while applying compression force in the laminating direction of the core 1 and giving the glass yarn 4 tension. Ultraviolet rays, etc. are irradiated, and the resin is cured. Accordingly, the desired tight binding force of the bind core is acquired while the workability can be facilitated.
