Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an oil press device for high pressure having excellent endurance without using flexible pressure oil piping by protruding a top end of a piston shaft of a cylinder for boost, which is provided vertically on a frame, into a main compressing chamber.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure board 2 is made to descend rapidly as oil is made to deliver into piping 4 of a subcylinders 3, 3, and a male die fitted to the board 2 joins onto a female die. Thereat, since a main compressing chamber 8 gets into negative pressure and surge valve is made to attract downward due to a descent of a main ram 7, the chamber 8 sucks the oil from an auxiliary tank 9. Thereon, as low pressure oil is delivered from a top end part of a cylinder 18 for boost through piping 20, a piston 19 for boost is made to descend and a top end part of a piston shaft 14 protrudes into the chamber 8. Then, since the pressure in the inside part of the chamber 8 rises and gets into so high that it presses down the ram 7, therefore, the male die is pressed down onto the female die at high pressure and the press forming is carried out. After the press forming was performed, a valve 10 is so opened with the low pressure oil is delivered into a working chamber 15 as to the chamber 8 is made to communicate with the tank 9, then the cylinders 3, 3 is allowed to contract, therewith both the board 2 and the ram 7 are made to rise, thereby the shaft 14 is rised and returned to a shown condition.
