Abstract

PURPOSE:To laminate fiber sheet perfectly in the hollow structure by arranging fiber sheet between the split mold and the parison, closing the molds and expanding the parison by forcing pressurized fluid into the parison and solidifying it in this state. CONSTITUTION:The parison 3 is positioned between a pair of the split molds 1a, 1b and the fiber sheet 5a, 5b are arranged between the molds 1a, 1b and the parison 3, being held by the clamp 4. Then, the split molds 1a, 1b are closed, 3-14kg/cm<2> pressurized fluid is forced into the parison 3 from the blowing nozzle 6 and the parison is expanded to the hollow form corresponding to the cavity 2. After the molded article is cooled and solidified, the split molds 1a, 1b are opened and the hollow structure 8 having the surface laminated with the fiber sheet 5 finely is obtained.
