Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance sharply efficiency of end part treating work of a coreless armature by a method wherein after a cylindrical coil unit consisting of double cylinders on the inside and outside is formed using plural elemental wires, and end part treating members formed by arranging closely conductive pieces in a row is fusion welded to the end faces of the coil unit to form a closed loop. CONSTITUTION:The plural pieces of elemental coil wires are wound around spirally along on a cylindrical face, moreover the same number of pieces of elemental coil wires are wound around spirally in the opposite direction on the outside circumferential face thereof to form the cylindrical coil unit 14 consisted of the double cylinders on the inside and outside. The ring type end part treating members 15 formed by arranging the conductive pieces 16 in a row to connect the respective elemental wires are put on the end faces of the coil unit 14, and after the respective conductive pieces 16 are irradiated with a laser beam 17 to weld the end faces of elemental wires and the conductive pieces 16, the whole of the ring type body 15 is heated to be pressed and is fusion welded to the end faces of the coil unit 14, and insulating films are formed on the end faces of the coil unit.
