Abstract
PURPOSE: To electrically color a mass of the titled shape materials in one lot into deep color uniformly by simultaneously immersing plural shape materials which are hanged on a transport frame having four frames in an electrolytic bath, and electrolysing sequentially through dividing the four frames into two proper units for conducting electricity.
CONSTITUTION: Transport frames 1W4 on which shape materials A1, A2, A3 and A4 made of Al or Al alloy having anodic oxidation film are hanged in line, are simultaneously conveyed and are simultaneously immersed in an electrolytic bath 6 containing metallic salts. On the other hand, electrodes E1, E3 are disposed at positions in the rightward and the leftward at the outside of the frame 1 and frame 4, and an electrode E2 is disposed at a central position. Then, the frames 1, 3 and the frames 2, 4 among said four frames are paired for electricity conducting units U1 and U2 respectively. By carrying out anodic DC electrolysis of 15W25V voltages, AC electrolysis of 10W25V voltages and cathodic DC electrolysis of 15W30V voltages successively with each of the units U1 and U2, respectively, without applying electricity for the units U1 and U2 concurrently, the electrolytic coloring for the shape materials A1, A2, A3 and A4 is carried out.
