Abstract
PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in testing efficiency, by automatically performing a static electric test a plurality of times. CONSTITUTION:One switch contact of a charging relay LC1 is connected to a high- voltage power source VH, while the other switch contact is connected to one switch contact of a discharging relay LD1, and the other switch contact of the LD1 is connected to one terminal P1 of an IC under test. A timing signal generating circuit A controls timing to open both the charging relay and the discharging relay in order to control both the charging and discharging time and the charging and discharging cycle. A cycle setting circuit B sets the cycle of the pulse applied to a terminal of the IC. A terminal changeover circuit c successively changes over terminals so that after the pulse train generated from a set of charging and discharging relays, e.g., a set consisting of LCi, LDi is applied to a terminal Pi, the pulse train generated from the subsequent set consisting of LCi+1, LDi+1 and Ci+1 is applied to the subsequent terminal Pi+1.
