Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve the stable operation even under high output, by connecting the output take-out section from a helix through a coaxial circuit to a wave guide while making thin the wave guide at the joint between the coaxial circuit and the waveguide. CONSTITUTION:The joint face between a waveguide 8 and a coaxial circuit 6 is made sufficiently thin at the output take-out section. When the inner conductor of the coaxial circuit 6 is expanded due to the heat produced in said circuit because of the high frequency and the high output of the waveguide, the force applied on a vacuum sealing ceramic 7 is absorbed at the joint face between the waveguide 8 and the coaxial circuit 6 thus to reduce the force to be applied on said ceramic 7.
