CONSTITUTION: In a multiple cylinder engine, combustion chambers in some cylinders 4, 10 are of the output priority type end comprise cylinder group A. The combustion chamber 170 in the other cylinders 6, 8 is composed of a main combustion part 172 of relatively large volume and sub-combustion parts 174, 176 of relatively small volume located on the circumferential part thereof and comprises cylinder group B.
