Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent contamination of massive substance and reduce pulverizing energy of impalpable powder for slurry by using slurry adjusted with impalpable powder of the same quality as massive transported substance like coal as carrier and using this carrier circularly.
CONSTITUTION: Massive substance 1 is put into a mixer 5. On the other hand, massive substance 1 is put into a pulverizer 2 and pulverized therein, while water 3 and a dispersant 4 being supplied, to be a form of slurry and put into the mixer 5. The massive substance 1 is mixed with the slurry in the mixer 5, being carried by the slurry in a pipeline 8, and is pushed to a receiving side. The massive substance 1 and the slurry are transported to a separator 12 through a receiving tank 10 to be separated into the slurry and the massive substance 1, the slurry being put back to a sending side in pipe 15, the massive substance 1 being washed with a washer 16 and taken out.
