Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the influence of a speed detecting magnetic pole exerting upon a main magnetic pole magnetic field by a method wherein the process of magnetizing motor magnet main poles is performed separately from the process of magnetizing rotor speed detecting magnetic poles fragmented rotation-wise. CONSTITUTION:Each 45 degree segment of a main magnetic pole 16 is magnetized so that its polarity may be reverse to the neighboring segments. The circumference of the main magnetic poles 16 is composed of speed sensing magnetic poles 17 whose magnetism is relatively weak. A surface opposing speed sensing magnetic poles 17 of the magnet 1 is provided with a printed substrate 14 whereupon speed sensing conductive patterns 15 are formed. this reduces torque ripples as the magnetism of the speed sensing magnetic poles 17 work effectively only in the NS border zones of the main magnetic poles 16.
