CONSTITUTION:A voltage detecting circuit 2 detects the terminal voltage of a battery 1 and outputs the detected output to a boosted or dropped voltage generating circuit 3. The circuit 3 supplies 3V voltage to the high voltage part 4b of a watch circuit and a liquid crystal panel 5, and the voltage dropped or boosted from 1.5V voltage or the output of the battery as it is to a low voltage part 4a.
