Abstract

PURPOSE: To prepare a plated steel plate without plating irregurality by limiting a different ratio between a max. injection speed and a min. injection speed of a plating liquid flowing between a strip and an electrode against the strip to stabilize an Fe and coprecipitation amount.
CONSTITUTION: In applying zinc alloy plating to a strip by passing said strip through a plating tank 1 provided with an electrode horizontally and continuously, from the plating tank 1 of one side of the strip, a plating liquid 6 is flowed between the strip 3 and the electrode 4. In this case, as a nozzle for injecting the plating liquid 6, pref., a slit nozzle 8 having a slit 9 with a length of W is used. Then, a different ratio of max. flow speed and a min. flow speed injecting said liquid against a surface of the strip 3 from the nozzle 8 is adjusted so as not to exceed 60%. As the result, an alloy composition precipitated on the surface of the strip 3 is made constant and, thereby, a zinc alloy electroplated steel plate with excellent corrosion resistance after coating as well as uniform plating appearance is obtained.
