Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit dehydration of waste water without need for any treating device such as dehydrators by charging and immersing dehydrating agents which are so arranged as to adsorb only the water content to waste water contg. suspended solids such as sewage and chemical waste water.
CONSTITUTION: The dehydrating agent is formed by filling a water absorptive resin into a water permeable film 1 consisting of woven filter cloth or qualitative filter paper. The dehydrating agent having absorbed water is easily regenerated by solar drying or by being immersed in a soln. of electrolyte to allow water content to discharge.
