CONSTITUTION: The mixed composition is prepd. from 15W25kg porous material fine particles, 1.5W2.0kg anthraxylon particles, and 15W17.5kg anthractic particles impregnated with 1W3l microbial-bacteria-contg. liquid and 0.01W0.08cc anaerobic-enzymes-contg. liquid. The microbialbacteria are, for example, aspergillosis, lysopes, etc. and one or two or more kinds of anaerobic enzymes are contained. The porous materials are, for example, zeolite, etc., and the porous materials and anthraxylon which have been subjected to washing treatment followed by heat treatment are used. Thereby, the deodorizing and purifying agent used for treating of sewage of ponds, rivers, etc. is obtained.
