Abstract
PURPOSE: To let out excessive discharged refrigerant and reduce the load at the time of high speed in the engine by conducting a spill port which is installed on the partition plate revolvable around the rotary shaft of a compressor in response to the number of revolution of the engine to a spill port on the valve plate installed by alternatively just the determined number on the cylinder head.
CONSTITUTION: With rise in the number of revolution in the engine, when the number of revolution of a rotary shaft 1 comes to be more than the determined, a spill port 17c on the partition plate 17 is conducted to a spill port 11a on the valve plate 11. Here, if the both spill ports 17c, 11a are conducted to each other, refrigerant in the cylinder 6a lets out to the side of an inlet chamber 9b, so that if the number of revolution of the rotary shaft 1 comes to be more than the determined value, the refrigerant will not discharge. In consequence, when the number of revolution of the rotary shaft 1 comes to be too high, the piston 5 in which the partition plate 17 is arranged among plural pistons 5 stops the compressed work, so that discharge capacity of all the compressor can be maintained within proper range.
