A common electrode 5a is provided between the thin film photo diode 2 and the heater 3. A connection electrode 5c is provided at an opposite side to the common electrode 5a of the diode 2 and a connection electrode 5d is provided at an opposite side to the common electrode 5b of the transistor 4.
