Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Sendust or a belt of Sendust is powdered, and 40-90vol% of this powder is compounded with 100vol% of the binder to mold in the desired shape. For the binder in this constitution, a material affecting no bad influence to magnetic characteristic and electric characteristic of the powdered Sendust is used. Namely a ceramic material excluding the special porcelain of alumina, titanium, ferrite, etc., a material consisting of the main component of natural rubber or synthetic rubber, thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, etc., are used. Accordingly the magnetic material for the shielding material having high efficiency and having no orientational property can be obtained at low cost.
