Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a heat transfer recording sheet that is improved in the adhesive force between an ink layer and a support and permits recording plural times, by interposing a resin layer between the ink layer and the support, and making a low- melting resin to be included into the ink layer. CONSTITUTION:For example, on the support such as capacitor paper, polyester film, or the like having a thickness of 10 to 30mu is applied a resin solution such as a polyvinyl butyral resin solution to provide a resin layer. A low-melting resin (preferably a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer, or the like) having a softening point or melting point of 60-120 deg.C is mixed with waxes, a softener, a colorant and others to prepare a heat melting ink. This ink is applied on said resin layer to obtain the desired recording sheet.
