Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a high piezoelectric constant by a method wherein one or more than one kind of mixtures of raw powder for piezoelectric ceramic component or sintered one or ones of them and combustible powder which can be burnt out below a baking temperature of these component are mixed, shaped and backed after combustible material is burnt out and polarization treatment is performed after resultant cavities are filled with organic high polymer material through burning out of combustible material. CONSTITUTION:After a proper quantity of raw material such as PbO, ZnO, SnO2, Nb2O5, TiO2, MnO and others is prepared by weighing and treated with wet mixing by means of a ball mill. Next after drying it, it is sintered at approximately 850 deg.C during 2hr and after being treated with wet crashing by means of ball mill again it is dried and this powder and powder of poly-vinyl alcohol are mixed and binder for shaping is added to the mixture. After those processes it is pressed to be shaped into cylindrical form and poly-vinyl alcohol is burnt out by heating at approximately 700 deg.C during 1hr and kept at 1,280 deg.C during 1hr in a container. Cavities resultant in former process are filled with epoxy resin. Next an obtained composite element is shaped into an expected form and electrodes are attached and polarization treatment is performed immersed in silicon oil of 100 deg.C.
