Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish an economical circuit not affecting on an input signal source, by using a constant voltage characteristic between the emitter and the base and clamping te base voltage to the collector voltage. CONSTITUTION:When a switch SW is open, a transistor (TR)Q is broken down at a reverse voltage VBE, and a constant voltage characteristic appears between the emitter and the base. Since a diode characteristic is given between the base and the collector, the base of the TRQ is clamped at a collector voltage. When the switch SW is closed, the TRQ is turned on and the base voltage is at ground potential. Moreover, a capacitor Cd connected to the base of the TRQ is used for chattering prevention.
