Abstract
PURPOSE:To immediately read the information having a prescribed wavelength area of a color picture, by providing a photoelectric converting means, a memory means, a video amplifier and a relational operating circuit, on the same substrate. CONSTITUTION:A means 201 which is adjacent to a photoelectric converting means 108-2 and temporarily stores a signal which is outputted from the converting means 108-2, and a signal processing means 202 for converting a signal which is outputted from the memory means 201 and a photoelectric converting means 108-1, to a prescribed output state, and processing it are provided on a substrate 107.
