Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable free-malfunction information transfer by reducing unstable and unnecessary magnetic fields, by applying an unnecessary-magnetic-field canceling current by providing an unnecessary-magnetic-field canceling layer. CONSTITUTION:Over a magnetic layer 12 on a substrate 11, a conductor layer 15 is formed across an insulating layer 13 and on the layer 15, a conductive layer 20 forming a conductive layer for driving a minor loop side together with the conductor layer 15 is also formed across an insulating layer 18. On this layer 20, conductive layers 43 and 47 for canceling an unnecessary magnetic field are laminated across similar insulating layers 41 and 45. Similary, conductive layers 44 and 48 for canceling an unnecessary magnetic field are formed over the conductive layer forming conductive layers 17 and 19 for driving a major loop side.
