Abstract
PURPOSE: To highly ecomized energy, by utilizing the waste gas exhausted from the internal combustion engine installed as the working heat source in processing facilities, such as automatic paint working facility, etc.
CONSTITUTION: At a preliminary degreasing equipment 4, a degreasing equipment 5, a chemical conversion film equipment 6, a dewatering and drying furnace 7, a painting equipment 8, a baking and drying furnace 9, etc., of an automatic paint working facility, (a) the waste gas of the internal combustion engine, (b) water, steam, (c) hot air, etc., shown in the diagram , are utilized as the heat source. In the waste gas system of an internal combustion engine 1, the high temperature waste gas discharged from a combustion gas waste gas line 3a of a gas turbine 3 directly flows into furnaces 9 and 7 and is utilized for generating steam at a steam generator 10 after drying materials to be worked X in the furnaces, under a full load working condition where by-pass valves 14 and 15 of each furnace 9 and 7 are shut. The waste gase is, then, discharged to the outside through an economizer 11. The high temperature steam thus generatd is delivered from the generator 10 and utilized at each equipments 4, 5, 6, and 8.
