PURPOSE:To perform the sequence test work requiring two testers by one tester, by displaying sequence test results on a CRT display device. CONSTITUTION:An input device 51 selects a only terminal to be subjected to sequence test and connects it to a power source and issues a command to store it. A computer 52 receives the command to transmit signals to a switching device and a storage device. A switch switching device 54 connects the selected terminal to a power supply device 53 for switch by the switching command from the input device 51. Switching device 56 for lamp connects the selected terminal to a power supply device 55 for lamp. A storage device 57 stores the result of sequence test by the storage command. The result of sequence test is displayed on a CRT display device 58 by the signal from the storage device 57. A storage device 59 stores the result of sequence result by the signal from the storage device 57.
