PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of heat transmission by mounting a heat transmission pipe on a plurality of heat exchanging members which are spaced from each other, filling a heat medium into this heat transmission pipe to circulate therethrough, and controlling its circulation with a valve member.
CONSTITUTION: The heat transmission pipe 2 is mounted on the plurality of heat exchanging members spaced from each other and provided with an electromagnetic valve 7. During the daytime in summer, with the indoor air cooling is necessary, the electromagnetic valve 7 is closed to interrupt the heat transmission between the indoor and outdoor, with a heat insulative material 8 in a panel functioning as a heat insulative layer.
