Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and the simplicity of maintenance, by providing a passage space between inner and outer walls, and arranging a plurality of heat pipes in said space such that the fins of the heat pipes that are on the outer wall side abut on the backside of the outer wall and the fins on the inner wall side are located in the passage space. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of the outer wall 1 rises in winter due to the sunlight, the heat of the outer wall 1 is transmitted via the heat pipes 4 to the wall side fins 6 to heat the heat transmitting medium passing through the passage space 3. This air is led into the room.
