PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency and the simplicity of maintenance, by providing a passage space between inner and outer walls, and arranging a plurality of heat pipes in said space such that the fins of the heat pipes that are on the outer wall side abut on the backside of the outer wall and the fins on the inner wall side are located in the passage space.
