Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the obtaining the connection part of the heat pipe at any installation spot which is very reliable by connecting heat pipes by means of a connecting joint comprising a metallic joint difficult to solder and another metallic joint easy to solder, both coupled with each other by a frictional pressure connecting technique. CONSTITUTION:The metallic joint A difficult to solder and the metallic joint B made of copper and easy to solder are coupled with each other by the frictional pressure connectint technique to form a connecting joint 1. Preliminarily, the metallic joint A of the connecting joint 1 is welded with the end of the heat pipe 3 of alminum which is difficult to solder, and at the installation spot, the metallic joint B of copper is soldered with the end of the heat pipe 4 of copper. According to this connecting method, the connection at the installation spot needs only an oxygen bomb and an acetylene bomb and no high technique. Further, the connection part thus obtained is very reliable and the working time can be reduced.
