Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the titled molten zinc plated steel plate having an extremely high Y value and a high elongation value comprising containing C, Si, Mn, P, S, N, Al in a predetermined ratio respectively as well as adding N and Nb respectively in a specified adding ratio against Al and C. CONSTITUTION:A nonageing molten zinc plated steel plate contains 0.008% or less C, 0.20% or less Si, 0.04-0.30% Mn, 0.03% or less P, 0.02% or less S, 0.01% or less N, 0.01-0.1% Al, 0.01-0.07% Nb and comprises the remainder of Fe. Then, the aforementioned Al content is specified to 4 times or more of the N content and the Nb content to C%X3-(C%X8+0.02%) respectively. Said molten plated steel plate has the aforementioned characteristics and, in addition thereto, has substantially nonageing property, that is, excellent deep drawing property as well as being excellent in surface property. Further, an (r) value of said steel plate is 1.8 or more, elongation thereof is 46% or more and moldability thereof is extremely excellent.
